I ran out of thread and was ready for bed so am only half way done with my little binding project. Will post pics when it is done- not really because it looks great but because I am trying to learn something new. The class was good- there was only me and 2 other ladies and although I felt bad that I was always behind, it still felt like I could work at my own pace- I mean I paid the teacher to help me and everything :). I learned a lot and still don't know if I could bind my own quilt, but at least I am taking baby steps. I kind of felt embarrassed because the teacher kept giving me pointers on basic sewing techniques that I probably should have learned when I was 10, but oh well. It didn't help that one of the ladies in the class sews for a living....
