I finally finished a project that I have been working on for a while. I slowly collected some cool frames from DI a few months ago, and then finally painted them before Christmas, and then finally hung them last night. In case any of you were ever wondering, I get most of my creative ideas from my two amazing sisters. They are awesome and can make anything look cute.
I, on the other hand, am not that creative. No exaggeration. So I stick to borrowing some of their projects and combining to make it my own.
I love these frames and went on a hunt for pictures I love to go in them. A perfect mix of old + new. So here's my result. Even though I live in an apartment and don't have a home of my own yet, I still love making our little home a fun place to be. And yes, there is limited wall space, which is why my picture also features the light switch :) Along with the project I also got a firm warning from my husband that there is little to no wall space left in our apartment. My response to that was "Well, maybe you should buy me a house!". While we are no where close to that point, it's fun to dream, right?

and YOU ARE creative Silly!
What a good, easy, and cheap idea. I like any excuse to go to DI. Looks like i'll be paying a visit in a little while.
kristen WOWOWOW! this is awesome! looks great, and I love how you integrated your homemade wreath in there. it looks amazing. and in my opinion, taking someone else's idea as inspiration and putting your own twist on it IS creativity! i've always thought of you as one of my more creative friends.
I love it. I love your use of both gray and white frames with the black and white pictures. Very creative, way to go!
