I love doing something I have never done before, no matter how small the accomplishment is. On Sunday, Jake and I made cheesecake for the first time. I've made the no bake kind before but never the real thing with the crust and all.
It is a long process, but turned out great. We followed this recipe.
Who needs pumpkin pie when you can have pumpkin cheesecake?
